How to Send automatic birthday greeting message through WhatsApp
1 . In HelloLeads CRM web application, log in and go to ‘Birthday wishes’ under ‘Hello Email” template
2 . Enable “Send WhatsApp message” under “ Birthday wishes” section
3 . While adding / editing leads, when you capture the birthday date , make sure to update it in “Info+” section and enable “Auto wishes” option
4 . In Interakt, to create a message template for birthday wishes and submit it for approval, go to “Templates” and click on “Create New”
5 . Give a unique Template Name, Choose the Category as Utility, and Choose your desired Language, Provide a Header for the message content. (If you wish to send the message in your own native language, ensure to capture the lead name in the same language in HelloLeads CRM)
6 . Write the message content in the Body, please find below the sample content to create the template. Sample template content:
Dear {{1}},
We at {{2}} wish you a very happy birthday. Many more happy returns of this day and have a wonderful year ahead. Happy Birthday!
Where {{1}} – Assigned User name {{2}} – Your company / organization name
7 .Provide the sample parameters and submit the template for review.
8 .Once the template is approved, we need to create a Campaign (notification) with the approved template.
9 . Click Notification in the Menu and click on ‘New Campaign’
10 ."Start from Scratch".
11 . Provide the campaign with a unique name for quick identification.
12 . Select the notification type as "ongoing", and add the trigger as "After the customer does an event". Set the event name as " BdayWish" and choose to send immediately.
13 .Choose a pre-approved template that is created for Followup reminder to be sent from HelloLeads.
14 .Set the campaign live and view the campaign status on the Notification screen.
Here is how it works: Every day all your leads who are celebrating their birthday on that day (with birthday date given in their info+ secion and auto wish enabled) will receive a WhatsApp message with the template that you have setup in Interakt.
