The Follow-Up Reminder feature in HelloLeads CRM, integrated with WATI, ensures you never miss an important customer interaction. Automate reminders for crucial follow-ups to keep your sales process seamless, organized, and timely.
How It Works:
Whenever a follow-up is set for a lead or customer, HelloLeads will send the notification to the user assigned to that Lead through WhatsApp within 10 of the time of followup to remind him / her about the follow-up.
How-to-do:
Step 1: Configure your WATI Secret Key and Client ID in the CRM. Create and manage HelloLeads templates in the "Hello-WhatsApp" section within HelloLeads CRM.
Step 2: Click on the On-time follow-up reminder feature in the WATI integration within HelloLeads CRM.
Step 3: Enable the checkbox, select your preferred birthday template, and click Save. WhatsApp notification for follow-up reminder has been set successfully.

Step 4: Set the next follow-up date for the Follow-Up Reminder when adding or updating each lead. This ensures timely follow-ups for a seamless sales process.
