We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature in the HelloLeads CRM — automated lead capture from WATI. This feature allows you to seamlessly add new customer enquiries to your leads as soon as they message you on WhatsApp through WATI.
How It Works:
Whenever a new customers sends a message via WhatsApp, WATI instantly captures their details and adds them as a new lead in HelloLeads CRM automatically.
How-to-do:
Step 1: Click the 'Capture new enquries automatically' feature in WATI integration on your HelloLeads CRM.
Then Select the list for auto-capture leads
Step 2:
- Select the list and save
- Then you will see your selected list and the WATI webhook URL
Step 3:
- Go to your WATI account
- Click the More icon and click the Webhooks option in your wati account
- Then click the Add webhook button
Step 4:
- Now, paste your webhook url from HelloLeads CRM
- Then, select status is Enables and event is 'New Contact Message'
Now, new WhatsApp contact messages are automatically added as new leads based on your selected list in your HelloLeads account.
