1. WhatsApp campaign
- Choose your WATI account template.
- Input the desired name for the HelloLeads template in the TemplateName field.
- Map the HelloLeads fields and fallback data to your WATI template variables.
2. Send Bulk WhatsApp messages in WhatsApp campaign.
- Then select saved HelloLeads template
- Click Filter and select leads button
- Choose which leads you want to send WhatsApp message
- Then click the Send WhatsApp campaign
Send Bulk WhatsApp Messages to Selected Leads
- Navigate to the View Leads page in HelloLeads CRM
- Select multiple leads.
- Click on Bulk WhatsApp
- Choose the desired WhatsApp templates.
- Finally, click Send.
