How It Works:
Simply set a birthday date for each lead in HelloLeads CRM, and let the system handle the rest! On their special day, your lead will automatically receive a personalized WhatsApp birthday greeting via WATI—making them feel valued and appreciated.
How to do:
Step 1:
Configure your WATI Secret Key and Client ID in the CRM. Create and manage HelloLeads templates in the "Hello-WhatsApp" section within HelloLeads CRM.
Step 2:
Click the 'Auto Birthday message' feature in WATI integration on your HelloLeads CRM.
Step 3:
Enable the checkbox, select your preferred birthday template, and click Save. Your WhatsApp birthday notification has been successfully set!
Step 4:
While adding / editing leads, capture their date of birth under Info+ section, make sure to enable “Auto wishes” option.
