Click the "Edit" button in the profile section to update lead information. Changes save immediately without page reloads.

Tip: Option to Add business card, photo,clone lead inside the 3 dots options

Look for "+" buttons next to qualifier sections. Click to add potential levels, stages, deal sizes, and custom custom fields.

Benefit: Better lead organization helps with pipeline management and reporting.

Manage Activities

Use the activity tabs to add comments, upload files, create tasks, and review the complete detailed lead history.

Pro Tip: Drag and drop files directly into comment areas for quick uploads.

Assign & Follow-up

Click user avatars in the assignment section to reassign leads and set follow-up dates with integrated calendar picker.

Reminder: Set follow-up dates to never miss important lead contacts.
