Data Clean Up is available now on the HelloLeads Android app.
To access, tap on Menu > New Features> Data Clean up
Data Cleanup has 3 actions which you can choose from
1. Find Duplicate Leads
2. Find Inactive Leads
3. Find Low Prospect Leads
You can search your entire database for duplicate leads (i.e., leads with same email address or mobile number). Set of duplicate leads will be grouped and the lead with highest lead score will be treated as the source lead and count of other duplicate leads will be displayed respectively.
You can tap on the bottom section with ‘>’ icon, to view the set of duplicate leads. In the list of duplicate leads screen, you can choose to delete the duplicate leads (for a specific lead) in 1-click or selected desired leads and (a) move to a different list or (b) assign as do not follow-up
In this option, you can filter for leads with no activities in the last 6 months and 12 months respectively. You can either choose to delete them or move to a separate list or assign as do not follow-up.
In this option you can filter out Leads with Potential = “Not Relevant’ or Lead Stage is “Unqualified” or leads have been marked as ‘Do Not Follow Up”. You can either choose to delete them or move to a separate list or assign as do not follow-up.
