Manage Wix leads using HelloLeads CRMIntroduction
If you are using Wix website or forms to generate leads for your business, you realize tracking and managing leads generated from each Wix enquiry form is always a challenge. But not anymore.
Your HelloLeads CRM provides you a quick and easy way to capture leads from your Wix account into your HelloLeads account automatically and instantly.
Whenever a lead responds to your Wix enquiry for and submits their contact and business information, they will be automatically added as a lead in your HelloLeads account. Also, an auto-greeting message (or auto text) with your response and digital business card can be sent to your leads by email, WhatsApp and text message.
Use-case 1: Setup automation for your existing form
If you already have a Wix website and a contact us/ enquiry form, please follow the below steps to integrate it with HelloLeads CRM, to auto-capture new enquiries as leads.
Login to your Wix account https://users.wix.com/signin/?forceRender=true and follow the below steps to setup automation for your existing form.
Setup automations
1. In the left-side menu, select ‘Automations’ and click on ‘New Automation’
2. Select ‘Start from Scratch’
3. In the 'Trigger' section, select 'Wix Forms' as the app. If you are using New Wix Forms, select the blue icon; if you are using Old Wix Forms, select the brown icon.
4. In ‘Trigger’ section, select the condition as ‘Form submitted’ and choose your preferred form (from your existing website) under ‘Select which forms trigger this automation’
Note: To setup automation for multiple forms, create new automations for each form.as the Wix form fields need to be mapped with HelloLeads form fields.
5. In ‘Action’ section, select ‘Send via webhook’
6. In the ‘Target URL’ input field, paste the ‘HeloLeads CRM’s POST API URL’ and then select ‘Customize Structure’ option.

7. Follow the below steps to download the API documentation: Login to your HelloLeads account in Web app > Integration > Wix > Click on the document link in 4th step
8. Once ‘Customize Structure’ is chosen, click on ‘ Customize structure’ option to map your Wix form fields with your HelloLeads Lead form fields.
9. The Key should contain HelloLeads API Parameter names and Value should contain either Wix Form Field name / the value that need to be passed like .
(Please refer ‘HelloLeads_CRM_API_Documentation_Wix Integration_POST_Method_v01.pdf’ for the field names to be used under ‘Key’) and select suitable Wix form fields against each of the key and click on Save to setup your automation.
Note: For HelloLeads Integration to be successful, make sure values are passed for List Key, First name , Email / mobile no. For these fields are mandatory to add a new enquiry into HelloLeads CRM.
Use-case 2: Create a new site and setup automation
If you do not have a Wix website and a contact us/ enquiry form, please follow the below steps to create a new Wix site and integrate it with HelloLeads CRM, to auto-capture new enquiries as leads.
Login to your Wix account and follow the below steps to create a new site.
1. Click on ‘Create New Site’
2. Connect a custom domain, if required (optional)
3. Click on ‘Design your website’ and design your website as per your business needs.
Once you have created a new site, with a contact us/ enquiry form, it can be integrated with HelloLeads CRM through Automations - click here to refer the steps for setting-up automation.
Use-case 3: Setup automation for standalone form
In addition to the contact us/ enquiry form integration, you can also integrate the Standalone forms that you create in your Wix account, by following the steps as mentioned in setting-up automations - ( click here to refer the steps for setting-up automation).
Test Wix integration
To test your Wix Integration, open your Wix website form/ stand-alone form and try to submit a test enquiry in the form. Once the form is submitted, Login to your HelloLeads account, in the left-side menu, select ‘View Leads’ and you will be able to view the test lead added from Wix form.
