Can you tell us more about Waylead?

Waylead is a leading real estate company that is actively involved in real estate development and management in Ghana and operates through land acquisition, local partnership and project financing. The company has been in existence since 2011 and is headquartered in Lashibi in the Greater Accra region of Ghana.

Waylead has its first project, Vista Del Mare, at East Airport which comprises of 22 exclusive detached houses in a gated community with full-range amenities. In addition, the second project, Le Jardin Symphonique, located at Sakumono, comprises of 56 detached houses in a gated community. And latest AplhabetCity project which comprises of 2–3-bedroom apartment units with access to common pool, fitness centre, children playground and tennis court.

What are the type of real estate projects you deal with at Waylead? 

Waylead offers residential homes ranging from cozy apartment units to magnificent houses in the city of Accra. Building such apartment units and detached houses has provided accommodation to many Ghanaians which has helped in bridging the housing deficit in Ghana. We as a company is still committed to building more apartment units and semidetached / detached homes in the future to further ameliorate the housing problems the country faces.

What are your key challenges in lead management and sales conversions?

The current key challenge is in converting the leads into customers and improving sales.

What is your experience of using HelloLeads and its impact on your sales operations?

With HelloLeads, we are able to get details of every potential buyer and check on them from time to time. HelloLeads has a positive impact on sales situation since we are able to check the system to remind sales executives to follow up on clients whom they were unable to follow up or forgot to check up on.

What has been the key benefits of using HelloLeads for your business?

There has been many benefits so far. The most important benefit we derive from using HelloLeads is the ability to differentiate company lead from self-lead. This helps us in knowing the direct impact on our key performance indicators.

What is your favorite feature(s) of HelloLeads?

The interesting feature and most used features are the list and lead features.

How was the customer support?

Customer support has been good. In addition, HelloLeads provides periodic updates on key area to focus and a constant reminder on our KPIs.

What would you like to see in the future versions of HelloLeads?

  • HelloLeads should be easily accessible on the mobile phone without limitation and difficulty
  • HelloLeads should generate leads list which the sales team haven’t followed for more than 3 months and send it to the manager automatically

Your tips, in general, for other small and growing businesses to improve sales

  • Every business should have a targeted audience to focus on.
  • Every business should run ads to introduce their product to the general public
  • Businesses should ensure their sales executives check on their leads and submit a sales report weekly or monthly about progress made and plans in closing deals
