Helloleads Roles and Permissions

Learn how to improve your sales team performance using HelloLeads roles and permissions. HelloLeads is best used when all in the sales team are under the same account, share lead information in real time and collaborate for follow-up and lead conversions. To do this, you can add your sales team as users and assign required roles in HelloLeads.

Roles and permission, in HelloLeads, helps in defining permissions for each user so that they can perform appropriate activities relating to lead management and improve overall team performance.

You or your users can have any one of the these roles in HelloLeads – Account Owner, Manager, L1 User, L2 User or a LeadsWallet User.

If you are an account owner, who created HelloLeads Account, we request you to create your sales team as users and assign suitable roles (under change user information). By default all users (other than one who created the account) are given Manager Roles to begin with.

Account Owner can add additional users & assign roles for them. An account owner can make another user as an account owner (multiple account owners are allowed).

Multiple users are allowed as Managers or L1/L2 Users. Managers or L1/L2 Users cannot add new users & or assign roles. Account Owner can export leads, where as Account Owner and Managers can import leads into HelloLeads. LeadsWallet users is one who can use LeadsWallet solution to proof read business cards.
