“Impulsa Tu Empresa is a business accelerator program focused on small and medium businesses in the Central American region and Colombia.

We have designed a 3-month program to perform an integral analysis of the small and medium businesses who are our “clients” or beneficiaries, in order to ensure their long term sustainability. This consists of a series of workshops accompanied by personalized advisory by one of our Expert Business Advisors.

Afterward, we offer consulting services for another 3 months in one area of the choice of our “client”, whether it´s financing, human resources, exportation, innovation, or other. This pretends to contribute to job creation and economic growth

Integration with POS, include sales commissions calculation and track monthly sales goal, Improve the quality of the reports (Tracking who saw WhatsApp messages, etc…), Send messages through Facebook and Instagram, Customizing the lead stages by lists, Bulk change customer group, product group and lead stage, Web Dashboard should show the entire data, not just by lists

Your suggestions and tips for going digital, going mobile, and improving sales:

Going digital and mobile: Create a clearly defined plan about what is going to be done digitally and what is not, when, and by whom. Share with the team through an in-person meeting and a document.

Improving sales: Human resources is key, have ALL your sales team and all who are in contact with clients know your value proposition.
