The process of hiring an employee is not just selecting a right person for a designation but also finding a person who can take up the goals of the company on his own shoulders. Especially for small businesses, human resources play a very important role in achieving success and also for sustaining in the global world of business. So, it is very important that you select a right person for your company.

1. Create a job description :

The first step is to create a detailed job description. This job description should be prepared in such a way that it conveys the essence of the job for which you are going to hire a person. This should be based on the requirement for which you are hiring.

The following can be included in the job description :

  • Fresher / experienced person
  • Educational qualification
  • Other specific skills such as coding, video making, image creation etc

People who clear this first stage are called for the second or final stage.
