Can you tell us more about Waylead?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Waylead is a leading real estate company that is\nactively involved in real estate development and management in Ghana and\noperates through land acquisition, local partnership and project financing. The\ncompany has been in existence since 2011 and is headquartered in Lashibi in the\nGreater Accra region of Ghana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Waylead has its first project, Vista Del Mare, at East\nAirport which comprises of 22 exclusive detached houses in a gated community with\nfull-range amenities. In addition, the second project, Le Jardin Symphonique,\nlocated at Sakumono, comprises of 56 detached houses in a gated community. And latest\nAplhabetCity project which comprises of 2\u20133-bedroom apartment units with access\nto common pool, fitness centre, children playground and tennis court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the type of real\nestate projects you deal with at Waylead? \n<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Waylead offers residential homes ranging from cozy apartment units to magnificent houses in the city of Accra. Building such apartment units and detached houses has provided accommodation to many Ghanaians which has helped in bridging the housing deficit in Ghana. We as a company is still committed to building more apartment units and semidetached \/ detached homes in the future to further ameliorate the housing problems the country faces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
