These have been used all over social media and are being used main stream media as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So,\nread on to find out some new terms and words that you may have never come\nacross before. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong style=\"font-size:19px\">Covid-idiot<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPeople\nwho defy covid protocols\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Urban\nDictionary defines \u201cCovidiot\u201d as \u201csomeone who ignores the warnings regarding\npublic health or safety. A person who hoards goods, denying them from their\nneighbours.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Macmillian\nDictionary takes a similar approach, defining \u201ccovidiot\u201d as \u201can insulting term\nfor someone who ignores health advice about COVID-19.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nterm is thrown around a lot lately, but covidiots have been known to do things\nlike act like nothing has changed, say COVID-19 is a hoax or overblown, get\npissed off when they\u2019re asked to wear a mask, or refer to COVID-19 as \u201cjust a\nflu.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong style=\"font-size:19px\">Covid10<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"697\" height=\"297\" src=\"https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/covidc1.png\" alt=\"weight gained during the lockdowns\" title=\"weight gained during the lockdowns\" class=\"wp-image-9223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/covidc1.png 697w, https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/covidc1-300x128.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 697px) 100vw, 697px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Covid10\nrefers to the weight gained during the lockdowns (which is apparently estimated\nto be 10 kgs). It turns out that those work out plans never manifested. And\nlet\u2019s not deny the fact that we also probably weren\u2019t on a strict diet during\nthese times. Hats off to those who actually worked to stay fit though. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But\nwith second and third waves, we cannot afford this to continue. So check what\nyou are eating and ensure you walk at least 6 K Steps each day \u2013 10 K being\nideal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong style=\"font-size:19px\">Coronnial<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nurban dictionary defines \u201cCoronnials\u201d as \u201cthe babies conceived during the \u201cHome\nQuarantine\u201d practice linked to COVID19. The first wave of Coronnials will be\nborn 9 months after the \u201cSocial Distancing\u201d movement has taken hold in your\ncommunity\u201d. The term is derived from the words corona and millennials and\nrefers to those generally born on or after the outbreak of the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong style=\"font-size:19px\">Coronacut<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"697\" height=\"297\" src=\"https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/covidc2.png\" alt=\"Coronacut\" title=\"Coronacut\" class=\"wp-image-9225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/covidc2.png 697w, https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/covidc2-300x128.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 697px) 100vw, 697px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Coronacut\nrefers to the haircuts attempted at home during lockdowns. and hey, there is no\nworry if the cuts don\u2019t turn out great because you don\u2019t have to step out\nanyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When\nthe elements of boredom, curiosity and sometimes necessity combine to produce\nsome haircuts that would never see the light of day if there wasn\u2019t a pandemic,\nthen that\u2019s a Coronacut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong style=\"font-size:19px\">Coronacation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As\nthe word itself might give away, a corona-vacation is essentially Coronacation.\nIt refers to a prolonged period at home away from one\u2019s normal place of work,\nstudy, etc. viewed as an obligatory holiday imposed by stringent COVID-19\nrestrictions. It also means a holiday or vacation taken during the period of\nthe COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong style=\"font-size:19px\">Coronababy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A\nCoronababy is a baby conceived or delivered during the mandatory quarantine or\nlock-down time during the Covid-19 outbreak. We can also call it as Corona\nrelease, as it has come to this world during this extreme situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong style=\"font-size:19px\">Coronasomnia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"697\" height=\"297\" src=\"https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/covidc3.png\" alt=\"Coronasomnia\" title=\"Coronasomnia\" class=\"wp-image-9226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/covidc3.png 697w, https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/covidc3-300x128.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 697px) 100vw, 697px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Coronasomnia\nis characterized by an increase in sleep problems during the pandemic, as well\nas symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress. While insomnia is often linked\nto anxiety and depression, Coronasomnia differs from traditional insomnia\nbecause it&#8217;s related to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong style=\"font-size:19px\">Coronacoaster<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Coronacoaster\nis the ups and downs of a person\u2019s mood, or life generally, during the Corona virus\npandemic. We have all experienced ups and downs, happiness and sadness, hope\nand helplessness especially during and due to the pandemic. This may cause\ncoronasomnia (let\u2019s see if you remember what it means).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong style=\"font-size:19px\">Coronagraphy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou thought coronagraphy is related Corona or Covid, you got it wrong!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coronagraphy&nbsp;is\na set of optical techniques that aims at suppressing or reducing the halo of\nlight that surrounds the image of a star, in order to detect faint structures\nlike a circumstellar disk or companions, especially exoplanets.&nbsp;A\ncoronagraph is a telescopic attachment designed to block out the direct light\nfrom a star so that nearby objects can be seen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2><strong style=\"font-size:19px\">Zoom\nmom<\/strong><\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"697\" height=\"297\" src=\"https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/covidc4.png\" alt=\"Zoom mom\" title=\"Zoom mom\" class=\"wp-image-9227\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/covidc4.png 697w, https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/covidc4-300x128.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 697px) 100vw, 697px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As\nper dictionary.com,&nbsp; Zoom mom&nbsp;is\na&nbsp;mother&nbsp;or woman who spends a lot of time using&nbsp;Zoom&nbsp;for\nwork, their children&#8217;s school, or simply to chat with their friends who are\nalso staying at home. This term is similar to the term\nsoccer&nbsp;mom&nbsp;which was popularized during the 1996 US presidential\nelection. Hats off to mothers who take care of work and children at the same\ntime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pandemic has been a toll on all our lives. But it is up to us to rise to the occasion and emerge victorious. So, stay safe and don\u2019t be a covidiot (JK.
