You know it very well \u2013 any business is about creating and keeping customers. And we tried to do this as effectively as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before pre-CRM days, it was difficult to keep a track of\nbusiness leads in one place. Even today if you ask Sales managers to supply, in\nfew minutes, a list of all leads \/ prospective customers (they met with or\ninteracted in last 12 or 18 months and categorized), they will be struggling to\nget that list quickly. This is in spite of having \u2018high cost\u2019 CRMs as a part of\ntheir organizational armory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Along the way we also tried many <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/all\/marketing-and-sales\/choosing-best-crm-for-your-small-business-a-beginners-guide\/\" title=\"CRM\"><strong>CRMs<\/strong><\/a> to capture, manage and convert our business leads. However, as a business organization, we were unsuccessful in effectively using many existing CRMs in the market place. They were complex, required time and effort to configure, get trained, deploy and use. We did not know what to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, one of our team member suggested \u2018How about building a\nsimple and easy to use, mobile driven, cloud-based lead management solution\nourselves\u2019. The idea excited us \u2013 given our background and expertise in\nBusiness, Sales and Technology. We took a deep breath and dived in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We decided to build a simple, elegant and effective CRM and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/all\/best-practices\/what-is-lead-managementand-how-do-you-do-it-right\/\" title=\"Lead Management\"><strong>lead management solution<\/strong><\/a> for sales teams for on-the-go use. As sales professionals with experience in large MNCs, we knew how important it is to focus our time on creating customers and sales conversions and to leave tracking and routine tasks to a software. We wanted sales reps to bring home the bread without breaking the bank or killing themselves in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When building HelloLeads, we kept in mind these fundamental ideas. The results is what you see today \u2013 a simple, easy to use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helloleads.io\/blog\/all\/productivity-ideas-and-tools\/a-guide-to-lead-generation-for-small-businesses\/\" title=\"Lead Management\"><strong>lead management solution<\/strong><\/a>. It just takes 20-30 mts to understand, deploy and use it for your business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our idea of HelloLeads got validated when few of our early\ncustomers reacted to what we have done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A customer from Canada (in the auto Industry) told\nus&nbsp;\u201cAfter much research, there is a big hole in the app market: there are\nno simple, streamlined apps for tracking leads and clients in one spot. Most of\nthem are overly complicated CRMs. This is what is attracting me to HelloLeads:\nSimplicity.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another early customer from United States said \u201cHelloLeads has a beautiful interface. I love it. The workflow is so smooth.
