HelloLeads and other CRMs are great tools for communication, but if you’re using it to send mass messages to people who aren’t expecting them, that could be a violation of WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and they can block the number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sending a high volume of similar messages to many contacts, even if they are in your contact list can trigger an issue. This is nothing to do with HelloLeads CRM<\/a>. WhatsApp flags accounts that send a lot more messages than they receive and also if a receiver flags your message as spam that could trigger banning from WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
