Tell us about your products and services

The products and services relate to international air freight and sea freight customs clearance and also warehousing and delivery. Vertical industries that the company specializes in are the fashion industry,  mining, and defence industries, also food and beverage industry, and retail industries.

About your organization

The organization has been established for over 100 years and in Australia, for at least 20 years. I joined the organization around six months ago as a senior business development manager and I have been making some good progress in the role through some flexibility, some customized capabilities and the ability also to be able to use HelloLeads which have been very helpful for the progress of my sales.

USP of your business

The unique selling proposition is the flexibility, dexterity, and customization of solutions that get offered backed by some blue-chip corporate capability, specialized account management, and a key business manager with many years of experience who can have the power to steer the account through for a four-year duration until it reaches a climax of ultimate service then transition into the business

What are the key challenges faced by you in your lead management and sales conversions?

Key challenges have been a multivariate situation with information, as the industry is complex, due to the covert reflection in international freight, and many issues that weren’t there before that now do occur, that are out of everybody’s control so combining all of these issues, within the sales required to be able to infect chronologically, manage the clients and manage prospects and be able to know where you are at any point in time has been very difficult.

How HelloLeads is helpful for you in your sales operations

The experience of HelloLeads was very good in the sense that although we did have our CRM that was clunky and time-consuming, I was able to have a real-time system that immediately enabled my activities to be recorded e.g., through the voice capability of making a voice note when I’d made a contact the ability to integrate from Google contacts, and the ability to stratify quickly on some key reporting points, such as industry type e.g.,  importers from Italy can easily be brought up or prospects or targets from the point of view that I can easily have an ability to bring up lists so it enabled there to be far better more proactive management of the actual hot side the attack side of the sales requirement versus the administrative overall side where in this context it also helped terms of sales reporting but didn’t require any other systems as HelloLeads simply complemented

What are the interesting, favourite, and most used features HelloLeads?

The ability to make a voice note, the ability to have a text sent and then also record a note relating to why the text was sent, the ability to categorize leads and have other filters (for reporting and follow-up management)

What are the key benefits of using HelloLeads for your business?

The key benefit is to have  the ability to demonstrate to the customer, that he is  relevant for you, and you are following up  on time, you are aware ofwhat was last communicated and you’re hitting them right between the eyes with the same conversation making you come across as being on top of the entire communication.

How easy is HelloLeads for the client’s day-to-day operation? Was it friction-free? Was it bug-free?

On the ease side certainly, the voice notes and the ability to make notes and send text  were fairly easy, and setting the follow-ups was quite easy but on the clunky side it did have issues in the sense of not giving an adjustment factor if you set a follow-up and it conflicted with another time you had to sort of start again to get another time rather than automatically just should I put 5 minutes extra and allow that rescheduled to be set

Is HelloLeads customer support able to solve the issue or address your needs or your client’s needs quickly?

The support is strong in the context that if you do not get an email response within the same day, you will get a call or an elevated response from one of the management staff. They will also turn any inquiry or issue into an opportunity for software development which I find very comforting and makes one feel quite appreciated as a customer

Your tips, in general, for other small businesses to improve sales

To firstly gain a rating of the level of interest, at all times a prospect is at, (how relevant are you to their business) be strict at terminating of adding time delays, to low ratings

Secondly know the financial opportunity, and mix this with the ease of providing service to have a star rating

Thirdly be timely and accurate with all communication, defer quick responses with answers on critical communication, and be polite to let customers know you are working on it (however review, reflect, and if needed consult before any critical customer responses are sent)
